Pete, re "This all means that we’ll be removing the “beta” from the new Blogger very soon" over on the other site, does this also mean that we ftp users will be 100% feature-complete soon (new templates and layout tool, for example)?

That is great news that blogger is out of beta and What I feel is that new blogger is more user friendly and there are many drag and drop facilities available.
